Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Hand Painted Baby Shoes reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, Personal Checks & PayPal
Hand Painted Baby Shoes accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, company checks and PayPal transactions in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Shipping Policy
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Hand Painted Baby Shoes or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We will ship your product as it is completed. Usually, your order will be shipped within two weeks of receiving your order. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered may take longer depending on the back log of current orders.
Returns
We carefully inspect every shoe before shipping to ensure the quality of your purchase. There are no refunds/returns on these custom shoes. We encourage you to double check every piece of information listed on the order form. We can only assume that the information we receive is correct. If a shoe contains a mistake, we will fix it for a small fee. Postage expenses to return an item and to re-ship the item, will be your responsibility. If a shoe contains a mistake that is our fault, we will fix it and re-ship it at no charge to you.
There are no refunds/returns on custom modified shoes.
